CELTIC, Danube Region, Imitation of Philip III, (c.2nd - 1st century B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (15.132 grams), obv. convex field with remains of a crude head of Heracles to right, rev. Zeus seated to left holding eagle and sceptre, to right **[FILIPPOU], below vertical lines, monograms to left, I below throne, (cf.S.210, Sammlung Lanz 924 [same dies]). Double struck, fine/very fine and rare.
