Next to the Hunt sales by Sotheby's in the early 1990's, these were the sales which were the best in professional description, quality, illustration and rarity of the coins offered and sold (Hunt bought many of his coins from these sales). This and the following lots are the wide format type catalogues unless noted and represent the best catalogues produced by the NFA company, all should be in the library of every collector of ancient coins.
