Parthia, Kingdom of, Tiridates, (29-27 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (13.24 grams), Seleucia mint, issued May year 3 = 27 B.C., obv. large size bare-headed bust to left with long beard, wearing diadem, wart on forehead, rev. king enthroned to left holding Nike and sceptre, in exergue month **G DAISI*, under throne **EPS*, seven line inscription, (cf.S.7496, Sellwood 55.5, cf.Shore 308). Nearly very fine and rare.
