Parthia, Kingdom of, Orodes II (c.57-38 B.C.), AE dichalkos, (2.20 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. large size bare-headed bust to left with long beard, wearing diadem, rev. fort with two large and two small towers, seven line inscription, no monogram in field, another AE chalkos, (1.20 grams) rev. amphora with bunch of grapes either side, another (1.66 grams), rev. star above crescent, otherwise all are similar, (S.-, Sellwood 45.40, 48.27, 48.32, Shore 513, 526, 529). Fine - very fine and scarce. (3)
