Parthia, Kingdom of, Darius, (c.70 B.C.) (Shore assigns to Phraates III 70-57 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.09 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. medium size bare-headed bust to left with short beard, wearing diadem, rev. archer seated right on throne, seven line inscription with mis-spelling of **EPIFANOVS* as **EPIANOVS*, A**G* monogram in field, (cf.S.7415, cf.Sellwood 36.5, cf.Shore 151). Nearly extremely fine and rare.
