NEW SOUTH WALES, five shillings or holey dollar, 1813, struck on a Charles IIII, Lima (Peru) Mint eight reales 1808JP (Mira - Noble 1808/3; dies I/11 : A/10). Countermarks nearly extremely fine, very clear and almost upright, host coin good very fine and very rare, one of the most desirable of all holey dollars.

Ex A.Robson Collection (in 1890s), M.R.Roberts Sale 9th March 1981 (lot 23), Spink Australia privately in March 1981 to Melbourne collector C.Paton, then Noble Numismatics Sale 79 (lot 1244) and now S.Baxter Collection.
