TRIO: Military Cross (GVR); British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal. Lt T.B.Norman, Morlancourt May 1918 on first medal, Lieut T.B.Norman A.I.F. on second and third medals. First medal engraved, second and third medals impressed. Very fine.

Thomas Brown Norman. Enl.1Sep1915. M.C. C.G.4Feb1919. 'For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty. He led his platoon successfully to his objective with great dash and courage, and, when the enemy later gained a footing in the trench, he drove them out and re-established the position. He set a fine example to his men'. With some research including a letter of congratulations signed by General Birdwood. Mentioned in Bean, Vol VI pg 82.
