GERMANY, North, Nordhausen, Frederick II and Beatrice, (1215-1250), large silver bracteate obv. the two crowned rulers seated facing cross between, all within double dotted border, (See Sammlung Arthur Lobbecke Deutsche Brakteaten, Munster, 1974 No.731, Pl.29); others (2) similar uncertain types. All with large flans, with creases and cracks, broken edges as large fragments, very fragile, fine or better and rare. (3)

Ex Baldwin's with ticket and previously from Nordeutscher Bezitzer Sale 25/1/1909 Berlin Sale.
