WORLD WAR I, British Hospital for Italian Wounded, 1915-1919 in silver (31mm) enamelled, 'Irene O'Brien'. Scouts swastika badge silver (Birmingham 1911 Allan hallmark) with aqua blue enamel. Trench art coins florin 1915 engraved for battles in France 1915-17, Gnr. Fuller RFA & Belgium one franc 1914 voided with flower pattern. Very fine. (4)
