NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION OF NSW, Australia 150th Anniversary King's Fifty badge, 1938, in embroidered bullion and silk on rifle green wool cloth (140x100mm shield). Extremely fine and very scarce.

See Shooting Awards and Prize Medals to Australian Military Forces by John O'Connor, fig 164, colour plate 21 (this is actual badge illustrated). Only 50 of these badges were awarded to the top fifty rifle shooters and very few have survived in the condition of the badge as offered above.
