THE GOVERNMENT OF QUEENSLAND, Queensland Treasury Note, specimen five pounds, uniface, Treasury, Brisbane, Novr. 1st 1866, No., imprint of the Government Printing Office, Brisbane, 'Cancelled/G.W' handwritten vertically across front (MVR p.197). Centre fold, otherwise good extremely fine and excessively rare, possibly the only known surviving example of a five pound note.
