TEN SHILLINGS, Collins/Allen (1913) M000055 (R.1a) presentation note awarded to W.N.Hedges in the ballot along with the previous lot. A full note with printer's guide lines in all four corners of the front, extremely fine or better and extremely rare in this condition, one of the finest known.
Private purchase from M.R.Roberts, Dec 1988, bought with the previous lot as a pair per B.Winsor who located this note and the presentation letter in Western Australia per Joel Jeffrey. This note not previously sold at auction.
