CHINA, Three Kingdoms, Kingdom of Wu, (A.D. 223-280), round cash with square hole, value five thousand cash, obv."Da Quan Wu Qian" (Large Coin five thousand), four characters around, diameter 37 mm, early type issues (Hartill 11.36, Sch. 195, TFP 539]. Heavily encrusted with oxidation, about fine and very rare.

Hartill notes that six specimens are known with four recently unearthed in Jiangsu.
