CHINA, Western Zhou Dynasty, Warring State period, reads "Yuan" a city in the state of Liang, round cash, with round hole, (350-220 B.C.), one character only, diameter 44 mm., (Hartill 6.3 [R8], Coole 8875, Vol.7 p.5, Schjoth 73, TFP 358). Good very fine and very rare.

One of the earlist cash type coins, a type that continued until the 20th century.
