Colony of Victoria. Land conveyance handwritten on vellum, between the Shire of Ripon and Messrs George Russell, William Lewis and Stephen Buckland for land and an old road in the Parish of Mahkwallok, dated 12th July 1876, with five Victoria duty stamps affixed of fourpence, sixpence, one, two and ten shillings. With folds, spike hole, stamps fiscally used, good very fine.
