SIERRA LEONE, bronzed copper proof penny, 1791, sterling system (Vice FT8A; KM.2.1) edge plain, collar segmentation in part like engrailed edge, struck at Soho Mint, Birmingham. Chocolate brown patina, nearly FDC.

Purchased from Spink Australia in 1976.
