BURMA, standard weight of the Burmese kings, the standing bird "Duck series" weight issued 1853-1878, weight 300 grams corresponding to twenty Kyats. (Robinson and Shaw, The Coins and Banknotes of Burma, Ch. 5, pp #.31-4 [figure 11, p.32], cf.#M.2831-5). Extremely fine.
