CHINA, Kirin Province, pattern or essay, silver five mace, 1885, obv. Kirin, five mace, rev. valuable coin of the Kuang Hsu (regime), (KM. -, Kann 921). Extremely fine and extremely rare.

Kann notes as first seen at Shanghai in 1948. He regards the issue as genuine.
