CHINA, Southern Liang Dynasty, Emperor Wu Ti (502-549), small round copper coin with square hole, four characters around obverse 'Tien Ching Feng Lok', reign name Tai Ching, issued 547-9, diameter 22mm, (3.66 grams), (TFP 666, p.68, Hartill 13.35). Nearly very fine and very rare.

Attributed to the ruler noted above. a hoard of 4000 of these coins found in Jiangsu proved it was a coin and not an amulet as clained by some numismatists.
