CHINA, Chou Dynasty, Middle to late period, (475-221 B.C.), bronze sharp angled head with square shoulder square foot spade money, city of Lu, Nieh Chin 'Black Money' [Nieh is the name of a river in Honan], (17.0 grams), height 72mm, (Coole Vol.3 4439 TFP 284). Light dirt adhering to green surface, otherwise very fine and very rare.
