INDO-PORTUGUESE, Malacca, Manuel I (1495-1521), tin bastardo, third issue (1517-1521) (11.732 grams), 29mm., obv. coat of arms of Portugal, with O V either side, around crude I EWANVEL R P ET A D GVINE, rev. armillary sphere with six lines of latitude, (SS M.21, Vaz E.1.22). Very fine and rare.
