KUSHANO-SASSANIAN, Kidarite, Huns, (c.A.D. 390-400), large gold scyphate stater (7.30 grams), obv. standing king facing with head to left in Sassanian headdress, holding trident and right hand lowered to altar, another trident above altar, legend around, rev. very crude struck figure of Siva standing facing holding trident, bull to left behind, (Gobl 739). Good very fine/very fine and rare.
