MADRAS PRESIDENCY, European Style Coinages, Second Issue, 1808, silver five fanams, obv. circular garter with legend in English FIVE FANAMS, no stops, oval buckle partly filled but no cross tongue, rev. ribbon separated by star, native legend, another with stops buckle no filling, (Pr. 181, 182, KM. 351). First extremely fine and attractively toned, other plugged and very good, first rare. (2)
