MUHAMMAD SHAH, (A.H. 1131-1161), (A.D.1719-1748), round Gold mohur, (10.88 grams), struck at Shahjahanabad Dar-ul-Khilafat (Delhi), mint, issued A.H. 1155 (A.D. 1742-3), Regnal year 25, obv. Muhammad Shah name at top, date all on flan upper right, rev. mint name at top, Regnal year lower left, (cf.BMC 975, cf.Nagpur 625, cf.Panjab Museum Lahore 2327, cf.Indian Museum calcutta 1851, cf.Lucknow 3793, KM. SAC 439.4). Extremely fine and scarce.
