NEW SOUTH WALES, fifteen pence or dump, 1813 (Mira dies A/1). Toned, very fine and rare in this condition.

From the estate of Dr. Falkner John Blaxland, great grandson of Gregory Blaxland (and of the Rev. Samuel Marsden). Said to have been given to Gregory Blaxland by Governor Macquarie to commemorate his crossing the Blue Mountains in 1813 and the birth of his son William in that same year, the year shown on the coin. $$ Ex.
