DENARIUS ROME MINT OBV. Bare head right Rev. ROMAE AETERNAE Roma helmeted, seated left on shield holding Victory and sceptre (RIC cf.11;Sear cf.1730). Struck on a small flan, nearly extremely fine and very rare, apparently an unpublished variety.

RIC only lists this type as Roma holding palladium.
