DCM: Armnt Artfr N. Miller 4/Div Aust AOC QSA: Tpr, Driscolls Acts, 1914-15 Star, Gnr F.A. Bde A.I.F., BWM/VIC Lieut N. Miller A.I.F. Impressed. Very fine.

DCM: CG 8 Nov 1917. For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty. He has consistently performed valuable work throughout, and has at all times set a splendid example under fire.
