LEASE FOR A PARCEL OF LAND BY WILLIAM PARSONS FROM SAMUEL PEEK, Sydney 29th December 1840. Very fine.

Samuel Peek was the partner in the Sydney Tea Stores and Steamer Coffee Mills at 424 George St which issued the first token in Sydney in 1852 (Andrews 426-432).
