MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), AE sestertius, Rome mint, (17.97 grams), obv. laureate bust of Maximinus to right, around MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG GERM, rev. around SALVS AVGVSTI, Salus seated to left feeding serpent arising from altar, (S.2355, RIC 85, C.92). Nearly very fine.
