HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), AE dupondius, Rome mint, (12.28 grams), issued 134-138, obv. radiate head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS PP, rev. COS III in exergue, around HILARI [TAS] P R, SC across field, Hilaritas standing to left, holding long palm and cornucopiae, small boy and girl either side, (S.1129, RIC 974, C.820). Surface porosity in places, otherwise good very fine.
