ITALY, Lucania, Thurium (Thourioi), (400-350 B.C.), silver stater, (7.64 grams), obv. head of Athena to right wearing crested Athenian helmet, ornamented with figure of Scylla, rev. bull butting to right, YOURIW[N] above, [tunny fish below] in exergue, on exergual line partial legend of MOLOSSO, (S.443; SNG ANS 1026 [same dies]). Fine/very fine and scarce.

The signature `Molossos' is probably that of the engraver.
