VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome mint, issue of A.D. 73, obv. IMP CAES VESP AVG CENS, laureate head to right, rev. PONTIF MAXIM, winged Nemesis advancing to right, holding caduceus, serpent at her feet, (RIC 64, C.385, S.-). Uneven dark tone, some old surface scratches, otherwise good fine.
