PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates III (57-54 B.C.), silver drachm, (3.96 grams), Kangavar mint, obv. medium size bare-headed bust to left with short beard, wearing diadem and segmented necklace, rev. archer seated right on throne, eight line inscription, K monogram in field under arm, (cf.S.7424, Sellwood 41.3, cf.Shore 203). Good very fine and rare.
