PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.07 grams), Rhagae mint, obv. small bare-headed bust to left with beard, wearing diadem, monograms AP over **L*P behind, dotted border, rev. archer seated right on omphalos with bow, A behind, four line inscription in border, (S.7368, Sellwood 24.16 var. Shore 72 [this coin]). Light grey tone, nearly extremely fine and very rare.
