PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.17 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. medium bare-headed bust to left with beard, wearing diadem, torque ends in sea horse, rev. archer seated right on throne, four line inscription, (cf.S.7367, Sellwood 24.10, Shore 70). Even grey tone, extremely fine and very scarce.
