MACEDON, kingdom of Philip III, (323-316 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.91 grams), Babylon mint, issued 323-317 B.C., obv. head of Herakles to right with lion skin, rev. Zeus seated to left, eagle in outstretched hand, Helios head in lower left field, to right **FILIPPOU, below **BASILEWS, (Price P205, cf.S.6749). Cut below ear, otherwise good very fine.
