GALLO-BELGIC, imported to Britain, uninscribed Coinage, Gallo-Belgic D, Geometric type, issued before and during Gallic War, (c.65-50 B.C.), gold third stater, (1.3 grams), obv. blank, with remnants of head, rev. crude tree object in centre, lines etc., (S.6, Van A. 69-3). Good fine and rare.
