The Robert D. Muldoon Presentation book from the Reserve Bank, published 10th July 1967, containing two notes of each denomination one dollar - one hundred dollars, R.N. Fleming (1967-1968 issue), one dollar OA 000009 and 10, two dollars, 0AO 000009 and 10; five dollars, 001 000009 and 10 , ten dollars, A0 000009 and 10, twenty dollars, AA 000009 and 10, one hundred dollars G 000009 and 10, the notes all of the normal issues are edge pasted, two to a page for each denomination with both sides facing, (P.163a, 164a, 165a, 166a, 167a, 168a). Nearly uncirculated - uncirculated, the book as new with some paper toning on the title page. (10 notes)

De Young [p.11] comments that the Reserve Bank produced only five presentation books all suitably inscribed with compliments of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and signed by Gilbert Wilson, Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The five books used the first ten notes issued for each denomination, i.e. notes with the first prefix and with serial numbers 000001 to 000010. The VIP presentation books come with slipcase, silk lined and suitably inscribed together with printed details and note descriptions, in all 22 pages. The Honourable R.D. Muldoon at the time of the presentation was the Minister of Finance, he later became the Prime Minister of New Zealand.
