PIDCOCK'S FARTHINGS, elephant/double-headed cow (D&H 1065 thick, 1066 (illustrated), 1066 in brass); cockatoo (D&H 1065, 1065a). Lion/beaver (D&H 1069 illustrated); Wanderow (D&H 1070). Beaver/pelican (D&H 1072); Wanderow (D&H 1073) (2 small and large flans (illustrated)). The majority attractively patinated with brown gloss and hints of mint red, nearly extremely fine, nearly uncirculated. (10

1067 acquired in 1960's, 1073 small from Baldwins in 1978, the others from Spink in 1973 (5) and 1975 (3).
