MAXIMIAN HERCULIUS, (A.D. 286-305 first reign), AE folles, Ticinum mint, issued A.D. 295-296, (9.798 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Maximian, around IMP C M A MAXIMIANVS P F AVG, rev. GENIO POPV LI ROMANI, in exergue PT, Genius standing to left naked but for floating chlamys, holding patera and cornucopiae, (cf.S.3633, RIC 29b). Good very fine, scarce.
