CHINA, Qing (Ch'ing) Dynasty, bamboo 1000 cash token, c.1868; another 200 cash token c.1895; issued by the firm of Guang Da Zhuang in Kiangsu, (See Spink-Taisai Sale 15, 2-3 Sept., 1993, lot 715 illustrates similar examples it realised US$240 + 10%); another smaller example of uncertain status. Extremely fine and rare. (3)
